St Thomas' Priory
St Thomas' Priory, Staffordshire is a residential
development that is very architectually sympathetic
to the surrounding area. The houses discreetly echo
converted barns and are formulated around garden
areas creating beautiful communial areas as well as
private back gardens.
Lightbox created a series of CGI's to showcase the development before construction work had commenced. The 3D visuals were then integtrated into sales brochures, advertising and digital media to promote the site and secure off plan sales.
As well as the strictly followng architects plans and elevations for the site, we used an exact landscaping plan with this development to ensure that the 3D Visuals gave an accurate representation to potential buyers.
