St Matthews Quarter
Lightbox were commissioned to create a series of
CGI's for the mixed use development, St Matthew's
Quarter. Interior and exterior 3D images were created
to perform two functions.
The Exterior CGI's were used to communicate the development plans to the local community through PR and Site Hoarding Boards. The interior CGI's were the platform for marketing the residential properties.
We built the 3D model and worked with the client to set up the key views for the visuals. The model consisted of a large ASDA Superstore, Multi Storey Car Park, Retail Units, Residential Apartments and a large listed building. We matched materials exactly to the architects specifications and set up the lighting to reflect a bright scene. This was important as the existing area had become tired; the new development would rejuvinate the community and attract new retail.
